BACKGROUND:

Greg Simonsen has maintained a full-time litigation practice for twenty-five years. Mr. Simonsen is an experienced trial lawyer who earned his B.S. degree from the University of Utah in 1982 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1985 where he was a member of the Utah Law Review. Mr. Simonsen is admitted to practice before the courts of Utah and Wyoming and before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Simonsen has litigated numerous cases involving contracts and intellectual property rights.
